SLAR/sec.2 and KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS Council 6025 on july 27,2008 from 6:00am to 12nn at KC hall sto. tomas church.

we offer an executive package examination for only Php220 which consist of the following test :

FASTING BLOOD SUGAR (diabities)
TOTAL CHOLESTEROL (risk factor: heart attack)

for every package examination, we shall donate Php 50 to the community when we reach our quota of 100 patients above. for patients below 100, donations of any amount shall also be given. a minimum of 50 patients is required for a doctor to come over for free consultation and interpretation of results on a one on one basis. releasing of laboratory results will be given after one week. IMPORTANT: fasting from 12 midnight bring urine sample.
our medical team is composed of medical technologist to process the urine specimen right after to ensure the freshness. the mobile x-ray will also be stationed within the premises for the convenience of everyone.
